GOD LOVES US.

It was a beautiful warm day and I was mowing our eight acres which I love doing. I cherish my private time; time just for me, God, and nature. I was buzzing around the back field when rounded the corner and stopped and just set in AWH. There were beautiful monarch butterflies everywhere along the creek; some resting in the tress, some floating carelessly around me, not one or two but hundreds of beautiful monarch butterflies. I was so focused on the beauty of them in the tree. It was almost total orange with these beautiful butterflies, who were sitting gracefully ever so gently opening and closing their wings. As my eyes scanned the tree, I saw the grass below the tree move. Then right below the tree, next to the creek was a water snake slivering through the grass. In that single moment, God was telling me that he loves all things. He has never created anything that he didn’t love and he created all things. He created me.

God loves us. Take a minute and just think about what that means.

God’s loves us. His love is unfailing, never changing, and unconditional. If you want a personal relationship with GOD you first have to allow him to love you. He knows every single detail of our lives and he loves us anyway. He knows your weakness; he knows you strengths; and he knows the good, the bad and the ugly….and HE LOVES YOU.

Everyone wants love; we want to be loved by our parents, our siblings, our kids, our friends, our spouses or boyfriend/girlfriend. The human part of us wants to be loved. Most of us have experienced heartache, disappointment, hurt feelings, and rejection, at various times in our life from someone we love but NOT FROM GOD. GOD’S LOVE IS UNFAILING. He is always loves us, even when we turn away for him, he still loves us.

Throughout the bible God’s word reaffirms his love for us.

Romans 8 37-39 No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us. For I am sure that neither death nor life, nor angels, nor rulers, nor things present nor things to come, nor powers, not height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus our Lord.

Ephesians 2:4-5 But God, being rich in mercy, because of the great love with which he loved us, even when we were dead in our trespasses, made us alive together with Christ-by grace you have been saved.

May you be spiritually recharged through God’s Word; God’s Word is our love letter. Take you Bible and study the scriptures and God’s love will grab you.   John 3:16, Romans 5:8, Galatians 2:20, 1John4:9-11, Zephaniah 3:17, 1John3:1, Deuteronomy 7:9 and Proverbs8:17 and it goes on and on…Thank you JESUS…
